When our guts are unhappy, we are not able to actually ‘feel our body’ and feel what kind of food is good for us. What’s more, we often crave the very foods we actually have an intolerance to and THAT is a sign of intestinal problems!
So many people live a lesser life and keep taking painkillers (aka IBS Formula to alleviate pains from cramps), which has a host of side effects, namely affecting your liver (!), instead of healing the organ that produces 95% of serotonin. So you are on your way to get depression next.
If this is the path you are on, it is never too late to rethink that strategy.
Most people do not realise that the lymphatic system is EVERYWHERE in your body.
The lymphatic fluids are around every cell and therefore also in your gut and in your head. That means we need to keep that system working like clockwork if we want to avoid disease. Why? because the lymphatic system is our sewer system and if that backs up, we have toxins around every cell, too!
