Why we need to really be loving on our Adrenals
The adrenals are Sisters but not Twins. One can be functioning and one might not be. You can see that in your blood pressure, the value on top (systolic) measuring on both sides. It needs to be between 120 and 130.
If our Adrenals are not working properly, here are some of the consequences that can bring:
Ovarian cysts and cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, uterine cancer, prostate cancer, erection problems, high testosterone (men), prostatitis, nerve disorders, breathing problem, heart arrhythmias, scleroderma, bursitis, lower back weakness, spinal and pelvic inflammation, diabetes, kidney and bladder weakness, sciatica, conception problems, menstrual bleeding problems (usually in connection with pituitary gland), fibromyalgia, fibrocystic breasts, osteoporosis and other inflammation around the body.
You quickly see how fundamentally important the adrenals are to us just by looking at what can happen if they are NOT ok. What’s more: if the adrenals are affected, so are the kidneys! The kidneys are regulated by the adrenals – the adrenals produce neurotransmitters, which tell your nervous system what to do and it also produces steroids.
